Trials and pricing

InsurAMS may offer trial or promotional access. Standard self-serve pricing is disclosed at signup. Partner-sponsored pricing or promotional terms may vary when clearly stated on a partner page or offer.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. InsurAMS is not liable for any loss or damage from unauthorized access to your account.

Acceptable use

You agree to use InsurAMS only for lawful purposes and only to manage insurance agency data you are authorized to access. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service.

Your data

You retain all rights to the data you enter into InsurAMS. We do not claim ownership of your client, policy, document, or any other business data. You can export your data at any time.

No warranties

InsurAMS is provided “as is.” We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Do not rely on InsurAMS as your sole system of record for compliance or regulatory purposes during trial or early product stages.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InsurAMS's total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Certificates of insurance

InsurAMS provides tools to generate certificates of insurance based on data you enter. You are solely responsible for verifying that all information on any certificate is accurate and matches your policy declarations. InsurAMS does not verify coverage, validate policy details, or guarantee the accuracy of generated certificates. Certificates are informational and confer no rights upon the certificate holder.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold InsurAMS harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to claims related to inaccurate certificates of insurance or unauthorized use of client data.

Termination

You may stop using InsurAMS at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you may request export or deletion of your data within 30 days.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of InsurAMS after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
