We collect the information you enter into InsurAMS: your account email and name, your agency name and contact details, and the client, policy, and task data you create. We do not sell this data or share it with third parties except as required to operate the service (database hosting).
Your data is used solely to power the InsurAMS application for your account. We do not use your client or policy data for advertising, analytics products, or any purpose other than operating the software.
You can export all your data to CSV at any time from within the app. If you close your account, we will delete your data within 30 days upon request.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We use a managed PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway (US region).
